Patrick J. Gannon Construction, Inc., was founded in 1990 by Patrick Gannon because of the need for a professional, competent, understanding, action oriented construction company. We have over 18 years of construction experience in the industry. Through experiences in the home improvement industry we realized that homeowners who wanted new homes built were not being served professionally. This is why we have succeeded in the construction business. Our company does not just build custom homes, we help people live better! Patrick J. Gannon Construction, Inc. builds relationships by bringing a new light to an industry that has been in the dark for to many years, while creating unique living environments. We know that we must communicate with our customers, be honest, respectful and offer fun and excitement during the building process.

Thq quality of the work is superior! They came up w/ solutions we would've never thought and it looks great. If this was combined with an excellent project communication plan so I knew what was happening when, then the team would be unstoppable. Would definitely use again but would insist on sitting down and mapping the project time line first. (For my own comfort)

Patrick Gannon of Gannon Construction is honest, professional, easy to work with and made every effort to return our frequent phone calls in a timely manner. After hearing so many horror stories about contractors, and after dealing with prospective contractors who tried to tell us what WE wanted, Patrick was a breath of fresh air. He listened to us, followed our somewhat crude drawings, and made helpful suggestions along the way. Most of the project was done way ahead of schedule. Although Patrick said it would take four months, our project was usable within 21/2 months. And it was on budget to boot. With the exception of the plasterers, who did a good job but were rather sloppy as plasterers apparently tend to be, the subcontrators were efficient, clean and extremely competent. We would highly recommend Gannon Construction to others and would hire the company again.
