This project was a disaster. Once the contract was signed, the contractor only showed up to collect checks- all work and communication was done thru sub-contractor. When we were getting closer to completion, the contractor presented a final invoice which was over 40% higher than the original contract for added items despite having a contract prepared from architectural plans which detailed work to be done and quality standards During the three month project, there was never any communication (written or oral) from the contractor that they were doing work not covered in the contract. The sub-contractor stopped working since the contractor stopped paying him and I am left with an incomplete project with significant work to be done.

They started when they said they would and even with an unexpected setback, not caused by them, finished earlier than anticipated. The work is beautiful.

Exceptional customer service, great crew, and the work that they did was fantastic. Patrick and his workers completely transformed our backyard into a space where we now spend more time! And they did it on time and at budget. I would recommend Patrick without hesitation.
