This carpenter called, inspected home, gave estimate, and took down payment in a tmely manner. From there on out, nothing was timely!! He said he was going to start repairs on a Monday and be done that Thursday.... this was not the case. This carpenter also made decisions as he went and did not include us in his decisions. He was late showing up on the days he did work and had a hard time putting together a sufficient work crew to perform the job. Overall he is a poor business man and consistantly late. Work performed (once done) was good.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
After completion of deck it was noticed several boards and spindles were not secured at all. Tried to contact Mr. Neal, no response. Contract also called for him to seal deck but that was never done. Turned out to be quite the disappointment.
