Water Heater - Repair or Service
I thought everything was really good but then I found out that he put the WRONG Element in my Hot Water Heater. They replaced my with a completely different size and different wattage. And he won't give me a refund. I am so very, very upset. If anyone can help me to get my money back I will be grateful.

This contractor was completely professional, and was easy to talk to. We asked several questions while he was performing the work, and he took the time to answer our questions and concerns, and he explained what he was doing as he was performing the work. I would HIGHLY recommend Patrick Plumbing to anyone. As a matter of fact, I asked for business cards so that I could pass them out and hang them in prominent locations at my company's headquarters building. Just awesome work and friendly, professional service during the entire job. We will be calling Patrick Plumbing when/if we ever need plumbing work again.

Three other plumbers had looked at this outside faucet & either said it was too difficult because the pipes were old & the faucet seemed to be frozen, or it would involve going thru the brick wall, Or they would call me back once they looked into it. Patrick Plumbing showed up with NO excuses & FIXED IT! How nice. I will be calling them in the future for inside work that is coming up.
