P.W. Rodgers Design

I wish I could rate the quality of work and value for my money but I canâ  t because this man Patrick Rodgers just took our money and did no work. We hired him to do an addition and he immediately lacked good communication and it took us months to see that he had no intention of completing our addition as he managed to lie and string us along. It was only when we discovered he wasnâ  t paying subcontractors that we decided to request invoices for materials he claimed he bought so he could start the addition. After countless emails back and forth he was not able to produce any invoices. He has left us out of thousands of dollars that we as a new family with a new baby could not afford to lose and a big hole in our backyard dug by an excavating company that he never paid despite claiming that is what he was using our money for. I hope this review can help save another family from the same damage that Patrick Rodgers has caused us.

The contractor is a complete crook. He took our first draw barely completed any work and took off. He is not paying subs or suppliers. You will find no good reviews in 2023 for this guy, not sure what happened but apparently in the past he did good work. Not sure if itâ s drugs, gambling or some other vice but he is scamming everyone he deals with now. Please avoid using this contractor donâ t fall victim like my family and I did.

Great overall experience with PW Rodgers. I was credit-wise turned down by 6 other companies. When Patrick Rodgers called I was skeptical and shared my skepticism with him. He convinced me to apply for credit which I did. To my surprise I qualified for an amount of money that would allow me to get a roof replacement. Nick Landin, sales rep, called and he has been the consummate professional in taking care of every roofing need we had. Thank you to both Nick and Patrick for your time, encouragement, and professionalism throughout this roofing process. I highly recommend to any one in need of roof replacement to trust PW Rodgers to do the job.

The guys from PW Rodgers have done great work. Their communication has always been top-notch. We had one tiny issue with the door itself (not their work) that they are currently working to solve. I'm definitely planning on hiring them again for future projects.

can't say enough about these guys. they were all very professional and delivered everything that was promised. very well informed on what it takes to navigate the insurance companies red tape. they installed a new roof in less than a day and new siding on the whole house in a day and a half. I would definitely use them again.

Though there were delays in the door delivery that was outside of their control, they kept me updated and in tune up in the install. I appreciated the level of communication and service. Love the three new storm doors!
