Batt, Rolled or Reflective Insulation Install or Upgrade
$800
Showed up, charged $800 to install two UV lights and clean three AC units. Did not actually clean the ducts themselves. Work was acceptable although less than expected. Wrote on invoice/receipt that yearly follow up service on two lights and three HVAC units would cost $89. But when we were contacted after 10 months the price is now $199. They refuse to honor the $89 price. Invoice/receipt does not even have a phone number to contact the company directly and they use Messenger.

Hired to vacuum out duct work. Convinced me I needed a UV light in the a irhandler and that the airhandler had to be treated before suctioning the airducts. He recommended replacing the vapor barrier and the insulation. Estimate was $2500. I passed. He was to return to suction the air ducts. After promising to return to complete the work, he has been a no show. Similar to the other reviews.

We had Ryan come out to inspect for some duct cleaning. The existing ducts were worn and had black mold, so Ryan sold us on crawlspace mold mitigation, vapor barrier, replacement of the ducting, cleaning of the units, and installation of 2 UV lights in the 2 units. This was agreed at just under $8,000.00. I won't go into how the service went (the tech he sent had his wife and small children in his car in my parking lot for 8 hours while he worked). Regardless, Ryan told me he would be out to inspect the work done, so I cut the final check (which was cashed same day of course). After 2 months and no Ryan, we started getting moldy smell again from the new ductwork. I opened the AC unit only to find that it had NOT been cleaned, and there was no UV light that I had already paid for. I called RYAN who was rude and irate, stating they had done 95% of the job. He was actually angry that I called! The issue here of course isn't just that they cheated me by not installing the UV light, but more importantly the NEW duct work is getting the same black mold blown into it because RYAN and his crew didn't finish the job. Now I have to take him to small claims court for the price of the UV light and install, along with another company to come out and clean the ducts he just put in. Judge for yourself if this is the guy you want doing work on your house.

Ryan was my tech. We had poor circulation and he said we needed insulated ducts. Now, less than a year later, the only place thatâ s being cooled is the attic because all the connections (used duct tape only) are falling apart! They ghosted me when I complained that one of my rooms had poor circulation last year. Had another AC guy come look at it now because itâ s getting hot again, and he showed me where all the problems were! Now thereâ s no way to contact them!
