After putting up with a dryer that produced no heat for nearly a month, I had enough! I did not think I would luck out and get someone to come in less than 2 hours. I mean... holy crap! I swear the guy came and was done in less than 20 minutes. It's insane! I have already done 3 loads of laundry and they are all dry. Me happy! I am gonna call again the next time something else breaks. Thanks Billy!

Billy with Patriot Appliance is the worse and most dishonest repair person I have ever met. On Sunday Nov 30, I noticed the refrigerator was at 50 and the freezer 39, Called him for repair. Stated he had to get a part without really knowing the issues and he would be out on Monday. He brought an invertor that did not look new and charged $470.00 The refrigerator/freezer did not cool down. He removed the part on Dec 2 telling me it was warranted and he was returning $385.00 He told me he was bringing check on Jan 8. He has not returned any money or answered calls or text. He has stolen the return. I have registered a complaint with the Attorney General for consumer fraud. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.

We had an issue with our washer and dryer. Billy knew what the problem was just from our initial conversation over the phone. He was able to come out the next morning and fix both issues to have the machines up and running. Billy explained what caused the problem and was professional, tidy and great with his communication. We recommend this company for any appliance issues and will use them in the future!

Stay FAR away from this man! He is a thief!!!! Initially I reached out because my freezer went out and he had pretty good reviews. He was responsive up until he got all of our money. He came out once and the issue was not resolved. It was like pulling teeth to get him to come back out. He eventually did after canceling on us twice and lo and behold the issue still persisted. He never fixed the issue. I followed up with him again to see when he would come out for a third time. This man is completely ignoring me. The lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding. I have no desire to do any further business with this man so I asked for a full refund. We paid $300 to have our freezer fixed and this man stole our money and never fixed the issue and continues to ignore me. I asked him to refund us all of our money and he blocked me! Now Im going to have to take him to court because hes a piece of crap. He will steal your money then block you and these screenshots are proof!!

The technician diagnosed an issue with my fridge and came back later that today with the parts. He made every attempt to make adjustments to get the part to work, but my fridge was not able to be saved. I appreciated how professional the repairman was in explaining the issue, making every effort to perform the repair, and helping advise on the best options for a new fridge. It's rare to see such commitment to doing a good job, and you shouldn't hesitate in hiring them.
