Great experience and great cost!

A nightmare.

Do not use them, it is not worth your effort of making a phone call to them

I called Patriot Chimney for inspection and cleaning service of our wood stove. They were unable to keep our first appointment due to circumstances beyond their control and offered to do the inspection at no charge at our next appointment. The day of our appointment the office called to let me know they were on their way. Billy, our technician, was personable and professional. He listened to my thoughts and concerns and advised accordingly. The inspection was thorough and Billy left me feeling confident the stove is in good shape and will perform well for our purposes. My entire experience working with Patriot Chimney was a pleasure and I will hire them again.

I called the company for a chimney inspection. I received a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment. The team has arrived on time, cleaned up the chimney thoroughly and checked its condition. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service and the maintenance service.

Josh was very helpful and provided education. As a new homeowner, he really helped me understand the dynamics when dealing with fireplaces and chimneys. He was very informative and reiterated that he likes to help folks understand everything going on with their fireplace and chimney. They are reasonably priced.

They were very professional and got the job done relatively quickly.

We had an appointment 8/1/19 owner called git hurt needed 16 stitches, rescheduled for 9am 8/3/19 he never called or showed up. Very rude. Would NEVER give them a rating. Very upset.

Very nice men , clean and respectful, did a wonderful job and added years to my 2 chimneys by tuck pointing, chimneys Capps and new metal screens . Excellent work and reasonably priced , 5 stars

The original appointment was cancelled by Patriot. They said that they called to confirm but did not get a response. I never received the call.
