They were fantastic! I was out of town when I had a problem. He went over with a friend amd handled it. The work was done timely and professionally. I called one day, and he was there the next. I so appreciate their service!! I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the spring for my a/c check. Call them!! You will be happy!

The job was to install three fixtures and it took them over 4 hours. Since they charge by the hour my wallet was drained. They did not have to do any rewiring just replace the fixtures. The rewiring that I needed to have done was not done and they want to come back with an additional person to do that. It took him 15 minutes just to give me a bill. The quality of his work was fine he was just supper slow and at $75 per hour that is a problem.

"3 Fixtures removal and replacement plus 45 minutes to get there. Don't think that is so bad. I would challenge anyone to remove and replace a pendant fixture in under an hour. The ticket was filled out on the basis of what it supposed to take by an app called HomeWyse. That's why it takes 15 minutes to fill out ticket. This way we do it fairly no matter if we are slow or not"

This company came out to my house about a month ago. In the process of doing their job they broke a pipe. They fixed it but it started leaking again and when I called them the owner himself came out after hours and made it right at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

For Christmas I bought a wi-fi thermostat to be able to monitor the temperature in my home when I am away and try to save money on my electric bill. I tried to install it myself but I was lost. I called this company and they said that there was a technician in my area on another repair job and would see if he could swing by and look at it for me. It was late and I didn't expect him to come. The tech showed up and told me he needed to run extra wire to make it work. So he came back the next morning and ran the wire for me. He showed me how to program it and set it up on my phone. I would highly recommend this company as their tech was very nice and knowledgeable.

Technician was not knowledgeable, and spent more time talking to a boss about how/what to troubleshoot than actually fixing the problem. Patriot was there for 3 + hours only to misdiagnose the issue and try to sell me a part I didn't need. I went with another vendor, and problem solved in 45 minutes.

Young, handsome gentleman with a sense of humor called ahead of time to let me know his ETA, showed up and got to straight to work on my attic fan. Within 10 minutes, he determined the pulley was simple loose so he tightened it, check the motor over as well as adjusted the belt, and offered his services for future repairs. Price was exceptionally fair for the reflected work. I would love to have this company out to our home for future issues. Thanks!!

I am a very proud Navy Veteran and I would rather give my business to a Veteran owned company because I know they have an excellent work ethic and they will do the job right the first time. Before I hired Patriot to fix my HVAC problem, I had 3 different people come out for the same problem and they couldn't fix it. I had Joey from Patriot come to my house and within an hour the new part was in and it has been working like a champ ever since. I would highly recommend that you give this company a try. I like that this company is veteran owned and operated. Matt and Gary were very professional and thorough. Matt found a problem with a pressure switch and attempted to repair it. I appreciated that he tested it not once, not twice but at least 5 times to make sure it was not going to fail again. Which it did so he replaced the part with one that he had on hand so I didn't have to wait for parts to arrive. Then he tested the new switch at least 5 times to make sure there was not another problem that would cause failure. I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure I would have a working system when he left even though it was getting rather late at that time. I highly recommend this company.
