Do not let them sow your yard after they complete demolition.

"We always advise the customer that for the grass to grow back in, the lawn needs to be properly watered for two weeks after we seed & straw. When it is 90 degrees outside and not much rain the grass will not come up looking like a golf course. It must be properly watered."

What a great choice I made in having Patriot to demo my in law's house. They were very easy to deal with, prompt and professional. They did everything that they said they would do and more. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I was not only impressed by their skill and professionalism, but also their honesty and integrity. When their cost to do the job decreased they could have kept it to themselves and increased profit. Instead, they lowered their quote significantly. They went above and beyond the work quoted. I would highly recommend them without the slightest hesitation.
