As the old adage goes "...you get what you pay for...", doesn't apply in this company's case. I received more than expected. Out of 4 bids, I choose them based off of price point and the promise to deliver on their quoted service. They arrived early and finished the power washing without breaks/delay. I was impressed enough that two weeks later I had them do my mother in-law's driveway and sidewalk. I hope this review aids you in your decision making process also!!

Riley A with Patriot Elite Ext Services called me first thing when I was looking for roof and gutter cleaning. And he was the only person to come by my house the same day to look at the job I needed done. He came 2 days later and worked for 3 1/2 hours and cleaned off the roof, gutters and put in the black mesh gutter guards. I needed my windows washed in/out and he returned the next day and did a great job! I would highly recommend Riley for any exterior work. He has a great work ethic, he is very reliable and he is very personable. Thanks

Patriot Elite did an amazing job. I had a bunch of moss build up and some mold streaking. Honestly thought I was going to have to get my roof replaced. Once Riley came through it's looking like I got at least another 10 years! Very respectful and understood what I wanted.

Riley came out and did an awesome job washing my house before getting my house painted. I didn’t want anyone to use high pressure because I was afraid there could be some damage done. Patriot Elite did a soft wash and it turned out great! Even the painters were impressed because the gutters and under eaves were so clean that they didn’t have to do any prep work before painting. I’ll will be using this company again for sure!
