This company has failed to finish the work to repair the window framing. Mike came to my home almost a year ago and the work is still unfinished. I put down a deposit and have not been refunded for the unfinished work. Mike made many promises to come back to my home and finish the job. On the dates he said he would come, he was a no-show. Also, he would never confirm a day or two before the promised date to finish the job. I have given Mike too many chances and I am extremely disappointed in his customer service skills.

We paid Michael for work that was never done. We got numerous excuses from him why he could not show up to do the work, and then he simply stopped returning our calls. We gave him many chances and he has simply taken our money and not done any work for it. I cannot give this company a lower rating than to say they are clearly dishonest. The business address, by the way, is an apartment building, not a place of business for a contractor. I planned to call directly about this company and submit a report to the BBB.

Mirror came back to me worse than when I gave it to him.

I hired patriot glass to fix my shower door that was leaking. They did a great job, replaced the vinyl stripping. Then come to find out they do window glass replacement and I have 7 foggy windows I also hired them for the glass replacement. Good local company to work with. Clean respectful and on time for you. Communication skills are excellent and will go above and beyond to making sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

I was referred to patriot glass from a relative that found them threw home advisor. I moved from North Carolina to va and needed new windows in my condo I called patriot glass and they showed up on time for the appointment then sent a formal estimate to me and I made my design to hire them. 3 weeks later the windows arrived as they promised to my home and a team came out the next day and installed 11 new windows. Excellent quality and the price was very fair compared to the estimate I got from other companies. The staff was polite and friendly and gave some great advice on how to keep my windows working good. I recommend to anyone who needs window work to hire this company they are trustworthy and honest.

Hired patriot glass for a window balance project. In the process of selling my home and the inspector said that the windows needed to be replaced because they didn t operate correctly. I started looking into it when I found patriot glass they fixed the counter balance on 26 windows and made them operate properly saved me thousands of dollars in window replacement. Definitely will use patriot glass again. They came to us as highly recommended and made sure that we also highly recommended them to others. Showed up on time with face masks and shoe covers and were very polite and professional.

This company was highly recommended on your website and contained several great reviews. I left a message and was quickly contacted by a rep who set up a date/time to visit my home. I was provided a quote of $721.00 which included removal and installation of new 5/8 tube counterbalance with frame shoe for support for FIVE windows. I agreed to the quote and set up a follow-up appointment the following week. Upon completion, the rep demonstrated how the top windows firmly stayed in place but indicated that I could not use the windows for approx. 24- 48 hours later (I need to allow the glue to dry). I attempted to open each window only to realize that two screws had been placed inside the window which held the windows in place, not new counterbalances that I was being charged for. I called the company 3x and could not leave a message. Finally, the same rep who installed the windows called me back and told me that all FIVE counterbalances had to have failed and he would have to order new ones. He did not mention or explained why the screws were in the windows in the first place. Three weeks have passed since that time and I have not seen or heard from the rep or the company. Thankfully I had not paid for the service as the reps requested during the service call. This company and/or its representative (whose company logo he wore on his shirt) is a complete fraud. Do not, I repeat DO NOT allow them into your home. The next step will be to report this travesty to the VA Better Business Bureau.

It would've been nice to know there was a fee for credit cards/ check usage

The quality of work was very poor, and late to respond although paid in advance! Better to avoid this contractor if you do not want to pay twice for the same project.
