I wrote Brad a great review 2 days after he started our job. I was dumb and should of waited until job was done. Brad charged us 75 an hour for a job he said would take 3 days. On the 5th day he still wasn't even half done and had collected almost the entire bids money. He cost us 9k for a job that was suppose to cost 2500. He left thd job unfinished and another handyman had to complete the job. I would never recommend Brad to anyone. Once he had your money he's out literally. Poor quality of work. Buys materials not needed. Never showed up on time, worked 45 minutes then took 1 hour lunch. Not a good contractor all thd way around. Even took some of my husband's tools

Brad was on time. Knew what he was doing. Fair price. I plan to hire him for other projects this week. I was looking for someone that could help me with various home repairs and I think I have found someone I can trust to do a good job and stand by his work.
