Good service overall. Technician needed a bit of prodding to examine the probable cause of compressor fan surge and an inoperative compressor motor. Fortunately, we found a disconnected wire to the capacitor, and reconnecting that solved the problem.

They did an excellent job assessing our A/C units. We have had two other companies come out and try to sell us additional parts for our units that are working perfectly,we just needed a small amount of Freon, but no leaks as the other companies suggested.
