Ron is thoughtful and thorough, willing to explain what he is doing to a customer who curious and has lots to learn. He did a fine job with a project that turned out to be a bit tricky--he just called it "a good one."

My wife and I hired Patriot Surveying because our flood plain designation was changed to a higher category by FEMA. Ron Simpson, our surveyor, kept us involved in all aspects of the process( survey and Loma application). When FEMA requested a topographical survey, Ron responded very quickly, subsequently,after a period of time our house was removed from the flood plain. Ron was very professional, highly knowledgable and kept us informed. Our entire experience with Patriot Surveying was very rewarding.

Our survey was completed in three weeks. We had one other quote that was slightly higher in price, but could have been done in two weeks. We were happy with Patriot and didn't mind waiting an extra week so that we could save a few hundred dollars.
