I asked him to change the locks on 3 doors after I moved into a new house, and he did a walk through with me and recommended another change for no additional charge. I was very happy with Russell. After he replace all of our outside door locks and set me up with all the keys I needed. I went around and checked the doors. We had an outside balcony door that had issues closing well and was subject to blowing open if I did not deadbolt it. Russell fixed that! We purchased the hardware from him, which I shopped and his price was as good as I could get elsewhere. The bonus, purchasing from him, it was delivered to my house AND installed for that same price...wow, did not expect that. We are thinking of having him come back and replace all interior door knobs.
