Great experience with Patriot Mechanical & in-particular Jim & Scott. I submitted a inquiry on the HomeAdvisor site received a call almost immediately from Jim to schedule a service the next day. Scott came out to run maintenance on my heating system. Scott was super professional & polite as well as informative about things to do to ensure we get the most from our system. Will undoubtedly use their services again. Thank you!

These guys are the best. Scott is super professional - they act like it's their own home they're working on. When it's hot and you break down, like you're gonna do from time to time, they are concerned enough to hustle out to get it fixed. And they're value conscious - they don't want you to waste money. So no unnecessary additions to the system - and they find a cheap fix if there's one available. They're on top of the current technology - which is significant because that can save you money. They've done the install, maintenance, and eventual replacement for our AC, and the install and maintenance of our heating. They're super responsive - and the best. They're a two man team, so you're talking and working with business owners. They're also gentlemen.

My gas heat wasn't working. These men came in and fixed it quickly and charged a fair price.

Pretty good shop. The guy running the project was top notch, but he subs out the duct work.

Jim is very courteous, knowledgeable and gracious. His response time to my initial call was quick and he returned my calls promptly. My heat pump was long overdue for servicing and I was worried about the cost. Jim made me feel at ease and took the burden off me by saying let him worry about the issue. Wow! He also said he would do his best to take care of the problem as soon as possible. He was definitely true to his word! Once the parts for the heat pump came in, Jim sent a member of his team, Paul, to fix the issue. Paul was equally friendly and got the job done quickly. Jim did the job well. it took 3-4 days to complete the installation because there was parts unavailable and desired model of humidifer unavailable etc. It would have been more efficient if Jim did a quick survey on Day1 and determine what equipment and parts would be needed and do the job on Day2

Jim was wonderful. Both he and his staff where knowledgeable and straight forward. It turned out that the damage to my unit was such that a new unit was needed. They worked with me to find the right unit, at the right price, that could be installed quickly (it was HOT!). I am very pleased with the work they did and we are happy to be cool again.
