I was leaving town and the project was almost complete so I paid them and signed the paperwork stating that I was satisfied. The owner told me he would tamp the lawn where their dump truck left big rivets in my lamp and clean up the large mess of rock laying in my lawn. I waited a week and texted him. His reply was that he would get to it. I waited another week and his reply was the same. My last text to him I admit was not very nice but after almost 3 weeks it was clear he was not coming back. He said he was busy but a customer should not have to wait this long.

Did not clean up very well after job was completed.

I hired Robert back in Sep 2017 for a fairly large job to include new pavement and sealing of old. Robert presented as very likable, positive and enthusiastic. He and his crew started within days of signing for what was to be a 3-5 day process to completion. After a short delay, and working one day, he left a large truckload of stone, and was in and out with heavy equipment, that sat many days at a time, for nearly three weeks. In early Oct, and many excuses later, the new paving was completed over the course of a few days. Another two weeks later, almost six weeks from start, the sealer was very thinly applied. I hired Patriot Paving based on a verbal agreement with Robert, that the sealer would be brushed in. The crew rushed the seal job to the extent that it literally washed off within 4 months, well inside the written warranty. Robert initially responded to my complaint and said he would re-seal within a week. NO SHOW and NO RESPONSE for nearly six weeks now. I have filed a formal complaint with HomeAdvisor.

Robert was very informative & kept us up to date on this project. I appreciated the fact that he kept in touch & im 95% happy with the end results.

Had done a sloppy job on my driveway. Tried to contact to have them come back and correct the problem many times but there was NO show. Not worth the price I paid for!!

I hired Robert and I paid him 1/2 the money up front. When they left the job the painting was very inconsistent people are actually laughing at the painting and they said that they would come in three months and finish. Since I trusted Robert I paid him the other half ( which was over $10,000). He never returned to finish the job and it is now well over six months. He does not even return my text messages or voice mails. I can"t believe someone like Robert Platt would be so dishonest. I am considering legal proceedings in the near future. I really trusted this man and he let me down but for his evil ways he will pay in the long run. All I have requested is for him to simply come back and complete the job and complete it correctly. Just like we discussed from the beginning. If you read this Robert I highly suggest that you contact me and make arrangements to come and complete the job for which you have been paid to do and complete it the way it should be completed.

The only issue we had is that they didn’t call before starting the work.

Very professional, answering all questions. Prompt follow up with an estimate. Arrived on scheduled date and time. Produced a brand new driveway and, as a bonus, leveled out a dip at the bottom of the drive which previously collected rainwater. Went out of their way to promptly resolve a payment discrepancy. Extremely pleased with final project!

From the time I communicated with Robert Platt, it was just as I expected. He was prompt in his visit and made me feel completely comfortable in what he was saying. His attention to detail on what I was needing and wanted, was above reproach. When they go here to the do job, they were professional and all of the crew was interested in what needed to be done including the little extras I was asking for. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up very well. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a "Professional" job done and done right, and within the time frame that they or you specify. All in all, I could not have asked for a better company or people to do the job I requested....

They contacted me promptly after I did the Home Advisor search, they showed up on time, performed the work quickly and with much care. I was very pleased with the job. I would definitely recommend their services

Their communication was awesome. They showed up when planned, did the job well, and even helped me start the car when the battery was dead. Good people to work with.
