I paid $3200 for a tankless hot water heater to be installed. The owner, Curtis Watkins simply never showed up after many attempts to talk to him. I had to sue in small claims court and won. Just to find out the state and numerous other people are after hi As well. His wife and himself are nothing but con artist.

When I requested to be contacted it was less than 20 seconds before I my phone rang. Curtis came the same day and quotaed what I was asking for...then suggested I might want to think about an upgrade which made sense. Within a week things were completed. The employees were great, ready to work and humorous....with the military discounts and professionalism I wonât use anyone else. Thanks Patriot Plumbing!

Patriot Plumbing arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, provided a verbal estimate and began work all on the same day. They replaced the bath fixtures in the upstairs bathroom and a pipe that was leaking. Travis also installed a water heater overflow tank. They stuck to their estimate and completed the work in a timely manner, but did leave us with open holes in the drywall to dry out the water damage and later silicone the hatches in ourselves. The hole for the new access hatch was cut a bit too big, so we'll have to patch that with spackle ourselves.

Would be nice to know two folks come out to replace a kitchen faucet and you pay for both of them. Not sure why they need 2 folks to do a one man job. If one in an apprentice customer should know that up front and not have to pay for their training. They were very polite and professional.

Scott and Grant were extremely helpful in my situation. They are honest and don't make excuses. They got the job done in a timely manner, even after an unneeded 3 hour phone and email tennis match with another company who should've carried the lifetime warranty. They found a replacement thru West River Electric, went and picked it up and installed it. We all learned something today. Thanks again for your diligence and hard work.
