The person from Patriot Plumbing and Sewer was very courteous and professional. The biggest negative regarding this company is the price. It appears to be excessive for the work performed. I would be reluctant to recommend them to friend or colleague for this reason. My recommendation would be to try someone else with a more reasonable price. With that said, Patriot Plumbing did correct the problem thus the reason for the 3 star rating.

The service was good and fast, and I would recommend, but I warn that you clarify what type of quote you are getting when you call. When I called I was quoted a price and then when the plumber got here the price was $300.00 above the phone quote. When I asked why this was, I was told that I was quoted by accident a outside job even though I clearly stated that the problem was in the basement. I just wanted to let people know so they don't get surprised like we did.

My experience with Patriot Plumbing was great. They were flexible with me with some floor work I needed to do before installing the new water heater. Their pricing seems high, but competitive. I'd use Patriot Plumbing again. Thanks!

Well, they came out on the date and time that they were suppose to. BUT, on the phone I was quoted that the price would be around $150.00 to $200.00. When the tech came out he told us that the price for the work that we needed done would be $349.00. I wasn't to happy and for that price I would have just got a brand new hot water tank. The work was done very professional and clean, but I still felt that it was wrong to quote a customer one price on the phone then give that a different price that isn't even close to the quoted one.

Patriot had scheduling issues. It took almost 2 weeks to get someone in to fix the main drain pipe cap leak, however it wasn't an emergency-type leak. The repair was complete and the leak is fixed. The charge was $600 to fix the leak.

They contacted me within minutes after I submitted my information and they were able to send someone to my house in a few hours. I was a little surprised by the cost. It seemed pretty high for the job. The repair took less than 1 hour and the cost was $300 for a pretty simple job of replacing a valve in a copper water line. If I was not incapacitated and had more time to check into it, I would have probably hired someone else to do the job at a lower cost.

They returned the call and were able to handle my request quickly and came out to perform the job same day. Very impressive. Very professional and knowledgeable. It appeared that they were prepared to handle any problem, big or small.

I had an outdoor faucet replaced. The old faucet was copper on the outside and they said this was bad and it could freeze and bust in the winter. They replaced it with a brand new freezeproof faucet and it works great. I thought it was a little expensive, but then I learned from other estimates that all plumbing is expensive and you get what you pay for. I'm really glad I went with these guys and I would definitely recommend them. They even do work in Rolling Meadows and they have strict codes.

We called early in the morning and within a couple of hours, they were at the house. The work was completed with excellence within the next hour. They were truthful about work that needed to done on our older home, but not pushy salesmen. We'd highly recommend them!

I received a call immediately after contacting the contractor via e-mail. An appointment was set up for the next morning between 8 and 9 AM. The repair person, Rich, arrived on time, located the leak, explained the costs that would be involved, and fixed the problem the same day. He was polite, efficient and professional.

Were extremely fast. Called me within a minute of submitting my request online. Were at the house within 90 minutes, and had the job completed in under 30 minutes. Were very professional and courteous, from start to finish. A bit pricey, but was expected based upon other reviews. Still worth the investment for peace of mind. Would use again if necessary.

I was amazed at the price. $300.00 to replace a faucet that took 30 minutes to do. The faucet was $50.00. Thats 250.00 for 30 minutes work!! I asked for a "guesstimate before they came out and they wouldn't give me one. If I'd have known it was going to be that much I wouldn't have had them come out.
