When the job was done Mr. Palmer said that if I was not satisfied with the product they used he would come back and re-treat the roof. After numerous telephone calls and emails and replies assuring me he would return he has never come back to correct the problem.

Here is what I liked about working with Eric.We had three phone conversations(one to introduce himself,one to go over quote,one to set up time)and one email to get the job done.I liked that it didn't take numerous phone calls and emails to set up job and get job done.We set a date for them to do gutters and they came when they said they would.Nice.
