They showed up on time. They worked in a misty light rain to get the job done that day. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially veterans, you get a veterans discount. Omar was easy to work with and explained everything about the job.

They did a nice job for a good price

Excellent work and on time service. Omar walked me through every procedure and gave me a detailed estimate showing every item I was paying for. The crew was first-rate. They cleaned-up all nails and materials. Very rare to find a company that does it RIGHT the first time and will stand by there work. Highly Recommended.

The whole experience was great. No high pressure sales tactics. The crew was amazing. They worked very hard and went over the entire area to clean up nails and debris. They were very professional and courteous.

I hired Patriot to replace my existing roof and install some gutters, and the experience was fantastic. Omar was able to come out the next day to give me a detailed estimate with a very fair price. His crew came out first thing on a Saturday morning and had the entire job done including clean up by 3pm. The roof looks great and the entire process was painless. Fair price and Excellent product.

The company worked hard to give me a satisfactory result. They worked late when needed and responded to unusual circumstances ( pool in the back yard) with good results. When many nails were found in and around the yard they came out and removed them.

Omar took his time to give me an estimate and showed me sample colors of roof tiles that on his tablet that might work best with my house. He explained the whole process to me and pointed out the qualities of the roofing process that they used and the warranty that came with the shingles. The crew was on time and made sure to clean up all the debris at the end of each day. I have a lot of ridges and valleys on my roof, and they were able to complete the work in 2 days as promised.

I don't mind still stepping on nails in my yard 2+ years later. What I do mind is that about the 2 year mark, my roof started leaking. I sent text messages and voice messages, even sent a photo of my living room ceiling water damage. Do you think I got one response? You'd think so. Not one word... not even an offer to repair for a fee or repairman recommendation. Not even a 'tough sxxx, warranty expired'... nothing. I don't think the workers took enough care sealing up the area around a dormer window... not I'm stuck with a shoddy job... they got paid... irony is I didn't have a leak in the old roof! Thanks guys... great work.

The Patriot did the great job putting a roof on for me at 4825 Lonewillow Lane, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. The installation on a challenging steep roof was done expeditiously, looks great, and the crew did a marvelous job cleaning up afterwards (didn't find a single nail, no debris at all). Highly recommended!

Excellent presentation and delivery of service to replace our roof. All the crew were considerate of our property, took extra care with our treated driveway, and cleaned the site at the end of each day (often in the dark). We'd recommend Omar and his company to any and all.

VERY competitive price for GAF architectural roof. The value here was unbeatable. The job was completed in a single day. Omar even took care of the warranty registration for us. We did have a slight issue with the clean up afterwards but Omar made it right. It is good to know that this company will ensure the customer is 100% satisfied. Started early and continued until the job completed which was the removal repair and re-roofing and cleanup. All work was completed in a single day in a professional manner an added plus was they were all gentlemen.

Professional and courteous work crew. Very much appreciated the consistent communication flow from the estimate visit all the way through the post repair. Not a strong suit for many other contractors out there.
