I was having issues with my water softener tank and was told by another company I would have to replace it. I called Daniel, who took the time to inspect my tank. There were only minor repairs that needed to be done. Daniel took his time and explained how the system worked and gave me some tips to make it better! I would definitely recommend Patriot Water Systems to everyone.

I am in my mid 80's and have hired many, many plumbers over that time frame. Daniel is the best plumber I have ever hired. He is prompt, extremely fair in price, congenial, honest, friendly, professional, neat in his work and cleans up any mess without any bossing. I have hired him for a number of different plumbing problems over the past number of years and each project was done correctly the first time. He is good in explaining and answering questions -- could have been an excellent teacher. I recommend him without a doubt. In fact, I have an additional plumbing situation and have put in a call to him. My house is getting old just like myself. I can count on Daniel because he never tries to "puff" up the job with a lot of unnecessary parts.

This is my second RO system installation. I researched various systems extensively because I had glyphosate poisoning (Round-up). It is important to have a membrane that is manufactured and folded in the USA. Daniel spent at least an hour with various telephone calls and questions I had prior to my hiring him. I researched the components he was using. Daniel arrived on time, treated my new home with respect, and installed the system efficiently utilizing as little under sink space as possible. The price was very competitive compared to The Hague system I had in my previous home. And, the filters can be twisted off and replaced: no more having to pull filters out of a canister to replace them. I would say Daniel and Patriot Water Systems exceeded my expectations and that is rare today. I have had 3 positive experiences from Home Advisor and will continue to utilize this site for references.

The only con was leaving dirt from shoes/equipment throughout home so I needed to vacuum and mop. Would have preferred wearing disposable booties and laying down towel.

Daniel did excellent work. From the 1st visit to evaluate the problem through to completion of the work he was great! He was on time, courteous, explained everything & prices were more than reasonable. I would highly recommend him & will use him for all my water system issues in the future.

Came out and looked at our old system while we were at work, left us 2 written estimates on two different options. Then went over them both on phone. Was on time and did everything he said he would. Excellent Job!

Daniel White answered every question I had (and I had a LOT) throughout the process of replacing the old broken water treatment and purification system for my home. He knows his business inside and out and took the time to educate me through spoken knowledge & written documentation of using ozone (safer than chlorine for people and the environment) in the purification process. After Daniel came out, I had estimates from five different companies, some which were not even technicians, but simply sales people, including several which tried to sell me things I did not even need! I chose Daniel as the most knowledgeable, honest, and with the best interest of the client in mind throughout the process!!. He even swept out the entire pump house as he took out the old equipment before bringing in the new! I highly recommend Daniel with Patriot Water Systems!

Seldom do I find a home service provider to be on time and do what they said they would do. Daniel White, from Patriot Water did both. He was very personable, respectful and showed a high level of integrity. There were some unexpected issues with equipment I had purchased previously from another vendor, that he encountered and he work diligently to resolve. For him to work on another vendors products as hard as he did was impressive. I am very pleased to have hired this young man.
