Tankless Water Heater - Install
Did not exactly stand behind the install. They had to return to adjust a setting they made that was causing issues. They tried to charge for the visit. When I said I didn't think it was fair, I was rudely told to lose their number. I DID.

These guys are great! The man who came to estimate the job had a medical emergency after leaving our home leaving the company very short handed. His partner not only got the information from our site visit but got our job scheduled within a week! He also pointed out some very ergent safety issues with our flexible gas line installed in 2000, but also saw an issue with our water heater put in by a subcontractor from Columbia Gas. Not only was the water heater not installed properly putting our safety at risk then we found out it was NEVER inspected by the city! They showed up on time and completed the job on time within their quote. They cleaned up after the job and were pleasent and curteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a plumbing job to be done without being taken to the cleaners.

Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
Craig and Billy were fast, courteous and efficient. I asked them to do four jobs, from installing a cold water line for a refrigerator to clearing a blockage in sink drain line. They did them all quickly and at a very fair price.

My apt was for 12 noon and @ 1:30 I called Patriot Plumbing to find out where they were. I was told they did not receive the apt from Home advisor even though Home advisor sent me a reminder, but I would be next on the list. A tech ( Matt) called me back about 15 minutes later and said it would be 50-60 minutes ( about 3 pm. I agreed and a little after 3 they called to say it would be 4. They did show up @ 4. The 2 faucets were installed in 70 minutes. Both the dispatcher and the techs were courteous in all my dealings with them. My problem is with the time I wasted waiting without an initial call to say they would be late. An error on the part of Home advisor in not informing Patriot Plumbing of the booking or an error in Patriot Plumbing's checking their bookings?

Gas Piping
We needed a gas line from our basement to our first floor fireplace. Two plumbers came to give us an estimate, and the quoted price was very good so we accepted, and they began immediately. They were very nice men and extremely polite, and they finished the entire job in just under three hours. They did a beautiful job and left no mess. We highly recommend Patriot's Plumbing.

they were here 2hrs and installed a faucet, garbage disposal, and sink. I supplied everything nothing for them to get. They were supposed to fix a leak in bathtub faucet never even went in the bathroom. And never re connected the dishwasher, so walked into kitchen full of water the next day, ruined rugs and water everywhere. I live on the 5th floor so I was worried about water going into their condo! 450.00 dollars later., never again.
