Exceptional communication! Kept me updated on timelines and the day of installation sent photos. Went above and beyond what was needed. Living and working out of state made the experience that much more comfortable. Excellent military-friendly company. Highly recommend as Mr. Tolar took the time to send videos, explain roofing materials and types. Excellent products that my insurance company loved and got immediate payment for the full amount due to their honest assessment.

Patriot Roofing was excellent to work with. Jesse was prompt in his communication and thorough in his explanation. The value I received was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Due to a circumstance of one contractor which sarted the job but didn t finish, we hired patriots. The storm restoration crew did most of the dirty work in one day and had to quit because their boss was jailed. They Had torn off exhisting roof hauled it away disposed of the debris. They cleaned up the area and left because the remaining materials were never delivered. Their boss had been incarcerated and never ordered the remaining materials. Shocked and dismayed we scrambled to cover the roof with tarps while we searched for a new crew to finish. So we turned to home advisors. Patriots called immediately they understood our dilemma and sent out an evaluator. We were desperate to get the roof completed so we hired them. They charged what we felt should have been for a complete roof job but only had to finish what the first crew started. That s our only complaint, was the cost. But we had to have a roof. It had been leaking prior to the storm Florence and from what a previous contractor that attempted to install a metal roof (micheal Kubick) ; which was one of the worst installs the storm restoration contractor had seen. So not only did storm restoration have to tear off the metal roof they tore off the original shingled roof and repaired rotten wood. It s very unfortunate he was a not a good choice. Patriots finished with asphalt and it s beautiful and no problems of leaks as of today. But due to the great demand for roofers and ours was half completed we researched through home advisors and chose patriots. If we had known the damage that was caused by the poor install of metal and increased by the storm we would have chosen patriots from the start. Even though they did an outstanding job and installed a quality roof for us, we felt the price should have been much lower.

Ask about the Veterans charity that can receive donations of excess or "re-purposed" building materials. Also, this group works FAST.

The Project Specialist that came to our house was very professional and going, he was very honest about the various products and this helped us choose. Stephen C. is an awesome human and I would recommend him and Patriots Roofing for any and all future roofing projects.

Patriot Roofing came out in an emergency situation to tarp by roof. They actually came out and fixed the roof in the rain. Patriot Roofing and their employees were very nice, and friendly, and I would highly recommend this company.

Did the estimate got materials delivered and roof complete in less than a week! Awesome crew and Kerry was super professional and provided in depth estimate and explanation of the roofing system. I am extrememly satisfied and have already recommended them to friends tjat are waiting for estimates.
