I hired them through HomeAdvisor to put in a tankless water heater. The plumber was nice and he brought an electrician who was nice. Work was done and everything was great, so I thought. As I am remodeling the condo I had to have inspection done. The inspector indicated that they load of water heater as too high and I have to take it out and put in tank water heater. It should not have been installed. Could cause fire. So I paid $2300 for tankless install and electrician for nothing. Now I had to put in tank. I emailed Patrol Plumbing, but no response.

He did not arrive on the correct date. Did not contact me to advise. He came the next day, (Saturday) to assess the job, said there were missing items, I said I would go to a hardware store, and be back in 40 minutes. (I thought plumbers had parts in their vans)... He said to call him and he would come back. I called, got an assistant or secretary, who said he would not come back unless I agreed to pay a second service charge. I said I did not think that was fair, as he did not keep his appointment the day before. He did not do the work. Some of the items do not apply, as he did not do the job. But the program would not let me leave those items blank, they should be more or less neutral.

I called atleast 10 other companies but only Patrol Plumbing called back promptly and fit me in next day, arrived when they said and the plumbing issues were all completed efficiently and no mess! Not to mention Maestro was very kind and very professional!

Everything was fantastic. They worked well for me, the price was very fair.

Showed up 45 minutes late. Fix two small sink leaks and replaced shower cartrage. Attempted to unclog a slow draining sink not resolved. Indicated it would take another $150 to vent pipe in order to resolve the problem. $525 was a lot for the work completed.

Patrol Plumbing are now my new go to guys!

had another plumber come in before Patrol....gave same request to both to repair 3 items...first plumber said they were not worth repairing and began to up sell new replacements....Patrol gave us a quote 80 percent less than first guy....everything repaired perfectly and in short order...saved me over $1,200...80%...yeah we will have them back

The individual that they sent , Mistro; was extremely professional, courteous and proficient.

Professional, immediate response, came out the same day, next day we had our New Gas Hot Water Heater at the lowest of any other company we checked with. They cleaned up after they were done and as a real estate agent and property manager , I will refer them to all my clients. Any plumbing needs Mystral the owner of Patrol Plumbing will be the one I depend on.

They did a great job there follow-up was good normally with construction work it's not a matter if something will go wrong it's a matter of when and how you take care of it and they did a really good job of that.

The tech was professional on time very friendly and got the job done right.
