Came next day as promised to do work, finished job in the pouring rain. Couldn't do other item I needed done due to the rain, but came back in a couple of days as promised and finished project even when I wasn't there.

Pat's Lawn Service is very expedient and was able to provide lawn services between the continuous rain showers. I was only disappointed with the tree and bush trimming because they just sawed them down to a certain length and did not shape them up and even them out.

Pat came out trim the trees, cleaned flower bed, cleaned part of cutter. On time, easy to talk to, reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future.

Powerwashing
My only complaint was that they didn't fill up with their water before coming, used my water from outside faucet and in Brighton water and sewage cost is pretty expensive. They did clean siding & brick pretty well but got too close on shutters, now have to repaint shutters.

"We did fill up with water before hand but there was so much to clean that we ran out of water. The shutters were already spotty and we told her in advance that they needed painting and therefore we did not power wash them. The paint was not our fault! She also shorted our pay $25.00"
