I recently called Paul Davis Emergency Service of Mansfield when I had a flooding issue in my house. The customer service and quick response was top notch! Highly recommend this company. Jonathan helped us and did a fantastic job. We were in a bind, and he came out the same day we called to get started on the project. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He had great communication, explained every aspect of the project and was extremely friendly,

"The drip of a thousand steps" I had put my daughter's clothes in the sink, turned the water on, nonchalantly, took her to change her diaper. I heard a drip, the sink was OVER OVER FLOWING, (I sat her on the floor) rushed to turn water, when. I heard the BIG DRIP! Jumped down 20 stairs to see Niagara Falls coming from the ceiling I knew who to call, Pele and the Paul Davis team, they had a team come out, like almost immediately, took a gander and went to work. They laid out dryers for upstairs flood (not super bad) and then cut a hole in the downstairs ceiling, attached a dryer, told it will run for 3 days to stop any mold., I was overly impressed and they sent me paperwork for if we move, it will show water damage was treated properly by a professional. I would call them again, but I won't leave baby clothes in the sink with running water anymore!

Earlier this month, we had an unexpected flood in our upstairs bathroom that made it way into our family room and even downstairs through a light socket. While we were able to turn off the water quickly, we did not know how to properly dry everything or whether there was hidden damage. The following morning, Jonathan arrived on time to assess the damage. From the moment he walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Before doing anything, he explained every step of his process - what he was checking, why it mattered, and what he was seeing as he worked. As a woman, I really appreciated how comfortable and respected he made me feel throughout the entire visit. He was honest, detailed, and clearly looking out for our best interest. Jonathan setup drying equipment in our home to remove the remaining moisture and three days later he returned exactly when we had scheduled to make sure everything was fully and properly dried. We are so grateful for the help we received from both Pele and Jonathan. They turned a stressful situation into something manageable and gave us confidence that everything was handled the right way.
