Paul is a bit of a perfectionist. He wants things to be done right. He knows what he does well and does not try to operate otherwise. His worker who power washed my slate and brick patio was great too.

After negotiating the scope of work, Paul Herrera completed each component specifically noted in the contract in a timely and efficient manner. The brick was restored and the trim and gutters sparkling clean. Areas showing mold were sprayed to prevent future growth. The brick chimney has not looked this clean in years even after power washing by other companies. I will hire Paul and his workers after the summer to wash and stain a wood fence and arbor as well as a backyard shed..

Paul and his crew did a wonderful job powerwashing the outside of my house and restoring some wood and a wood railing in the back of my house. They were all on time, respectful, and worked very hard to ensure that I liked the work before they left the property. Very reasonable charges for such an excellent job! A good contractor should be measured not as much by when things go exactly as planned -- but how he deals with issues and problems to make the end product perfect. Paul promptly and without complaint made the project exactly what we wanted. Great quality work and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had planned to use Paco's to build out our deck but a flood and subsequent mold in the basement put those plans on hold. We hired a mold removal company seperately and used Paco's to replace the drywall, baseboards and to paint. They did a great job, finished quickly, and cleaned up after they were done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Mr. Rivera was extremely professional. He showed up when said he would, sent us a proposal that clearly discribed what we wanted and itemized costs for his services. We excepted and he started and finished on schedule. We've recommended him to our neighbors and will call him for other projects.

Good quickly completed

Unfortunately, I would not recommend using Paco's general contractor. He upped the price on us twice, lied about how much supplies would cost and then purposely made the contract ambiguous so that he could charge more. They also did the job incorrectly the first time, my husband had to point this out, and then he had the audacity to tell him that he would not charge extra for all of the extra work of doing it over (correctly). Overall, we got slimed.

Pacos General Contrators did an excellent thorough job all around. They are a top contender for my next project.

I am very pleased with the drywall project PGCI did for me and I've already hired them for additional projects in my home. They're very professional, courteous, and fast.

very poor follow through. did not fix problems and refused to give refund. would recommend going with a more professional company.

Our very small job was nearly a week over projected completion date, things were left unfinished, and new "problems" (with an accompanying raise in the original estimate) were brought up at the last minute. If the carpenter would have simply communicated with us (returned our messages, let us know about delays), we would've been much happier.
