Paul is great. Very experienced and a hard worker. Advised against the cheap peel and stick vinyl tiles we picked out at Lowe's and explained and showed us exactly why. Recommended a wholesale flooring company we should check out and after price comparisons for not much more than the cheap stuff we have an LVT tile floor and no one can tell the difference between it and real slate. So glad we hired Paul. He did our kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room in about a day and a half all by himself. Cleaned up after himself constantly and is a great conversationalist while he works. Will have him back for the bathrooms.

He was quick to quote the job, however, his customer service skills are lacking and the quality of work does not match his prices... He had to pull and reset a toilet, it is leaking and tried to blame it on the toilet. But he reinstalled it!!! anyone with a contractor background should have told the customer you need a plumber asap... he did not... I had someone look at the toilet prior to his install and confirmed it is not a faulty toilet... his trim out work was messy.. caulk ring on the toilet and tub was about 2 inches wide!!! he did come back and clean that up...tried to fix the toilet but it is still leaking. This project was an add-on room install from a previous owner installed, he did not install the same method.. all other floor is glue down he floated this floor. Again, not happy.
