BOTTOM LINE?..Paul Romanelli does not know the difference between his rectal cavity from a hole in the ground? This review applies to Paul Romanelli a/k/a/ the owner of Paul Romanelli & Son Pool service Inc of Blue Point, NY incorporated in NY in 1999. DON?T EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PAUL ROMANELLI A SELF PROCLAIMED ?POOL & SPA EXPERT!? SINCE I AM LIMITED WITH WORDS ON THIS SITE, THEN PLEASE READ MY COMPLETE REVIEW WITH EXHIBITS & PICTURES ON YELP! It is unfortunate that companies like this remain in business. I had them close my pool last season. Before I hired them I also asked them if they deal with solar heat for pools, they said they do. When I hired them to open my pool last week, again I asked them, do you open solar heat, yes we do. They arrived with no mask on, so I went into my home, I look out my kitchen window and see water cascading down my garage from the solar Paneling, Yes, the pipes had burst!! When I asked them what happened, they said, well it was a very cold winter you know!!WHAT!!!!

Clean, professional and quick

Very disappointed. I paid in full for a job that was not anyway near complete. They had one excuse after another and I ultimately hired another contractor to do what Romanelli was paid for. I definitely would not recommend them.

Very helpful customer service. They have been coming to maintain my pool for several weeks (exactly at the times they said they would) and I am very happy with how great my pool looks! Would recommend.

Needed a power vacuum. Contacted me within 5 minutes of my inquiry on HA. Scheduled for next day...outstanding service. Tech was polite and courtesy and on time! Very reasonable rate. SAVED US TIME AND EFFORT. My pool looks ready to swim ? I will definitely use again and recommend.

They cost my father over $2000 for their incompetence. They dumped all the debre on the pool cover into the pool causing more money to be spent; had to call another person(plumber) out to fix the problem; as well had to call out another pool service out to take care of the situation. There were no calls back or emails to let us know they were't going to come back. the situation escalated.
