Paul went out of his way to find the most cost-effective to get my floors back and running after having a cleaning solution on them!!! There is not many people as honest and genuine as Paul. He was just not looking for the extra buck but he also trained and taught me how to clean my floors!

I have three dogs and two young children who made my carpet full of stains that my at home floor cleaner wouldn t take out. I called Paul and he made my carpets look brand new. I thought I was going to have to buy new carpet because they were so terrible but he saved me hundreds of dollars. He charged me a fair price and even offered to come check the carpet afterwards to make sure it looked great. I told him to not worry about coming back out because the first time did the trick! Thank you Paul! Would highly recommend!

We agreed upon a $250 price over the phone because the last company I used charged that. I wasnt expecting miracles, the carpet is very old and hadnt been cleaned in 2 years. He claimed to have a fabulous machine, but this machine not only did not clean properly but it left black streaks on the carpet. I did every thing he instructed, he said stay off the carpet for 8 hours or the stains will come back up. the carpets were still wet 24 hours later and I did not let anyone walk on them still. i contacted Paul to inform him of the streaks, he instructed me to vacuum the carpets again. i did that. I contacted him again to tell him it didn't work and the carpets didn';t smell fresh like usual after they are cleaned. He returned to the home without equipment, in his personal car (so he had no intention of attempting to reclean) but did bring a measuring device and measured the problem area. He then stated he did that room for free and that this job should have been $500. I requested that he clean and remove the black streaks or refund the money so we could use someone else. He refused both. I then contacted a certified carpet cleaner who advised me that the black streaks maybe from the machine not being strong enough to remove the dirt. Ive never had such horrible customer service.

He is extremely attentive. He did a consultation to see what i needed and overall did a great job.
