Excellent quality work for a very fair price, conscientious, personable, and very knowledgeable! So far has replaced faucets, replaced dryer venting, fixed stove gas piping, performed toilet repair, and replacement of some of our sewer pipes.

Paul was amazing! He was very thorough, and he even sanitized. Floors when he was all finished! Wow! Most professional and talented plumber we have ever hired!

I needed to have an outside faucet replaced because I forgot to remove the hose during the winter and it froze up. Paul responded to my request in five minutes, and was at my house in an hour. I have a finished basement and there is not a direct access to the pipe. I was very pleased that he was able to make the repair without damaging any of the visable area of the basement, creating access completely above the drop ceiling. Paul was quick, clean, and professional. Great job!

We had no hot water on Sunday. Brian called us before I got off of the computer looking for a plumber. Paul was here within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He called the manufacturer and determined the water heater was under warranty. The manufacturer sent the replacement parts and Brian and Paul installed the parts and everything is fine. What nice young men. I would certainly refer them to my friends. They did a great job.

The only ones that could fix the problem. We've ran our washer several times, and so far, everything is working great. We're optimistic that now that the clog is removed, things will continue working well.

Our water heater started leaking alot on a Sunday night. Within minutes of filling out a service magic request, I received a call from Banum Plumbing. They came out 1st thing Monday at 8 am and by 1030am they had replaced our water heater and fixed a couple other pipes for me. They we very professional and personal. Thank you!
