They had a schedule problem the day I had reserved and I had to re-schedule. They did keep me well-informed about the problem. At the end of the job, the driver tried to charge me more - despite a contract for $525. I refused and he accepted it.

This was the easiest move I have ever experienced - and I have moved a lot! The gentlemen that came to assist us were prompt, worked hard, and couldn't have been nicer. They were very careful with our belongings and worked so quickly that it only took them an hour to do what it would take me all day to do. I highly recommend Paulista movers!

Super helpful and affordable to boot. They coordinated two separate moves for us, picked up items for donation, hauled away lots of recycling and trash from our old house, and even helped us out with different furniture arrangements in our new house. Very much recommended.

Broke but replaced a glass shelf. Cost was increased without prior discussion. Did not bring enough boxes. But overall am pleased with the move and excellent work.
