Tom did a lot of work for us both inside and outside. Installed wide baseboards, caulking was excellent, refaced fireplace which turned out beautiful plus other small projects. He installed a wooden fence, slate stairs down a slight embankment, small deck, a large oriental outdoor screen which we just showed him a picture of with no directions and generally any little project we needed help with. Very hard worker, respectful of you and your property, always on time and never left a mess. We were two ladies with lots of ideas and he made those ideas come to life making sure we were not taken advantage of when pricing materials. You will not be disappointed if you choose Tom to do your work!

Tom was extremely professional punctual and quoted me an accurate price and actually came in under budget. His workmanship was excellent and the deck has been nothing but perfect since it's been done I would highly recommend Tom.

Fast and flexible

Tom Paullin helped us with two different deck projects. He rebuilt our upper deck and added a bbq garage. Last year he built our lower deck using Armadillo materials. He is very talented, professional and our deck was completed in a timely matter. We will definitely use his services again.

Tom did a great job on the fence rebuild and buiding the awning on the deck. The jobs where done under budget and done on a timely manner I would highly recommend him for any repairs or construction!

Hired Paullin Builds for several jobs. New fence and repair of a section built previously by someone else. New patio railing and privacy panel. High quality work, great communication and customer service at an affordable price. I recommend them to my neighbors who have also hired them for several jobs. We reached out to several builders and even managing to get them out for a quote was difficult. Tom reached out within a week of submitting interest and was at the house within a few days to assess. An estimate followed shortly. I know this is cliche, but save yourself some time and reach out here early in your process if possible.

Tom built me a deck, a fence, did beautiful landscaping and built a mantle with a stone facing for my fireplace. He was fast and efficient and a delight to work with.
