After experiencing a minor basement flood, we had to tear out all our damp laminate and start completely fresh with a moisture-resistant solution. We decided to go with high-end luxury vinyl tile that mimics the look of natural stone without the cold touch. The installation crew from Paulo Floors arrived with all the proper leveling compounds to fix our uneven concrete slab first. They spent an entire day just making sure the foundation was completely flat and moisture-sealed. Once the tiles were laid down, the basement felt warmer, drier, and infinitely more inviting. They installed a durable moisture barrier that gives us total peace of mind during heavy rainstorms. The layout is beautiful, and the seams are completely watertight. We couldn't be happier with how smoothly this stressful situation was resolved.
