When you come out to a customers house to do a job, make sure the job is complete and the customer is satisfied. None of those things happened and I was given terrible service.

"She is saying that I left black spots on her rug, which is not possible as my solution is so mild that it could not do that even if I sprayed it on and just left it. She is just trying to get me to buy her a new rug."

I like the man but my carpets did not get cleaned where I had stand they are still there. I could hardly see where they were cleaned.

Paul did an excellent job. He was right on time and he went above and beyond my expectations. I flip houses and the room he had to clean had been one that dogs were kept in and the tile was very very gross. He spent much more time than I believe he expected on it and did not charge me extra. I will surely use him again and I would highly recommend that others hire him!
