Wood Fence - Install
Work was delayed due to other projects and because of rain. Did a great job on my fence, very pleased. Had gutters installed and had a problem but they came and fixed right away. I Would recommend they have better communication with customers.

All the work was completed in one day. However, the promised date came and went without communicating with me or my husband. My husband never got a call back from his phone calls. In the end, they had been delayed by another project and completed mine 2 1/2 weeks after the promised date. It was understandable that a previous project took longer than expected, but no call was made. All would have been better if the communication had been better and if they were more aware of the limitations of the workers themselves.

Pauls construction did and excellent job. We couldnt be happier with our screened in porch. Porch is 50 ft long, trimmed it out, and installed scalloped trim/ install french door. Worker worked well together, very curtious and stayed on job til finished.

Over-all good job & nice men - workers do smoke & they would smoke around me & not ask if it bothered me - they also threw their cigarette butts on the ground around our home, we had to pick them up - these things are annoying to a non-smoker.

Did good work. Crew cleaned up well. Wish I would have specified wood color lattice around deck and insisted on a way to access under it for storage. Pleased with the deck.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
The flooring installation went as expected, HOWEVER, I also retained Paul's Cpnstruction to paint a portion of my house. That project turned out to be a disaster. The paint estimate given was over by 9 gallon's ($230). When the project was finished, there were areas that was missed including one entire wall. There was paint left on the kitchen floor, and carpets. Several areas had painters tape that was left. The workers used the kitchen sink (white) to clean out their brushes without asking for permission. Needless to say there was also paint stains in the sink. I would not recommend this company for any painting projects! -Dissatisfied

"Due to lack of communication on the part of the consumer we understood only the wall upstairs needed to be painted. We did not charge them for any of the paint this was a labor only job. To the best of our knowledge all areas were cleaned appropriately. drop cloths and painters tape were used. We did, however, apologize to the customer in person and stated we would come back and complete the areas that were misunderstood free of charge. Don't point fingers if it's not going to be at the right wall"
