Job was left unfinished. Plenty of excuses but never finished.

Im shocked! Job was finished to customer specifications, no excuses were necessary or offered. This repo house was purchased at a auction, according to the owner, it was bought sight unseen. There isn't a straight or square room, wall, ceiling etc in the place, including the framing and additional work the owner performed. We installed over 100 sheets of drywall here, making sure to level and square the best we could considering the poor build. We spent 7 days taping and mudding , we used over 10 buckets of drywall mud on this project. We fixed many mistakes(not ours) and we were amazed to see how nice it turned out. To get a review like this is shocking, I am very disappointed. , We asked on numerous occasions about the rough opening on the closet doors but the owner wanted to finish that part because he was not sure what his plans were for the openings. Owner is the general contractor and should have answers for the Contractors who are doing the work for him. We had nothing other than a pencil drawing on a kitchen wall sketching the length of the cabinets, no prints, no cut sheets, not schematics, NOTHING. Owner made many positive comments concerning our work along the way. All went well and owner was happy with results. This review shows up three weeks later? We NEVER leave a job without complete customer satisfaction, we take great pride in what we do and have made many friends who, we are proud to say, refer us on a regular basis. Project to remove multiple layers of acrylic on stamped concrete patio was more difficult than expected. Paul's crew went the extra mile to get the job done. I would work with them again.

The project was to remove wallpaper in master bedroom and bath. Then repainting walls and ceilings in three bedrooms. The master bedroom and bath took the longest time which put them behind schedule. In the process of trying to complete on time they removed border tape early which peeled away paint. This caused thin areas that were not thoroughly repainted before they finished. We did not get the impression they would be back to complete the work.

The rooms in question here were outside walls, very little insulation and they were cold and wet, we did the best with what we had to work with, even came back to repaint the walls after letting them sit for a weekend and repainted the areas where the paint peeled after removing the tape, 3 coats in some areas, only a few small areas on the ceiling and they were all on the outside walls I might add, when we left the rooms looked nice and finished, Very sorry to see this comment about this issue. The corners and ceiling and around the windows were moldy because of the wetness and we, at home owners request, covered them with his furnished mold and stain paint. It is very hard to paint in this type of wet environment, and I do have pictures to show this project.. I would like to add this, with the exception of this issue, these folks were a pleasure to work with...
