Paul went above and beyond in order to replace our failing Hotwater heater. He was willing to get it installed at last minutes notice and was willing to stay late to get it installed for us. He was very informative and made sure we understood the maintenance procedure for the product installed. Even with the extra parts needed for our old pipes he was more cost effective than the big box retailers.

This guy is great. He actually returns calls and does what he says hes is going to do. I had a bad experience with a different plumber who never called back and never did the job

Do not use this guy. He does not know what he is doing. He put in the wrong pump and then only refunded me for the pump and didn't refund me around the rest (almost $1400 for labor, ect.. and the whole thing only took a couple hours). I even offered him to split this amount. Instead, he refunded me 3% of the labor... yes, just 3%. What a joke. How about 50% at least and that's even me being very nice. It was all his mistake and he acknowledges that. Do not use this guy.

Prompt arrival and got right to work. He took to explain my option and the pros and cons.

Paul and his crew did an awesome job. I had the whole house redone with new pipes and it didn't cost me and arm and a leg. He was knowledgeable and let me used some of my own product to cut back on cost. They came in the morning and finished the job some day. I even had a small kitchen repair that came up last minute and he fixed it along with the other stuff I already had on my long list of to-dos. Great service. Definitely recommend. I already have him working on another project I have in my bathroom.
