Interior Painting or Staining: 1 - 2 Rooms
Paul brought in a painter to paint my bedroom walls & ceiling plus a small overhead cabinet to be hung on wall. The painter really did not know what he was doing. When Paul came in the evening he could see things were not right. They had to come back the next day. The painter had to have help to patch a hole in the wall & then began to paint the cabinet. With the help of the second person he hung the cabinet which is not straight and also hung the little shelf in the wrong place. I had accepted the cabinet where it was, but when Paul came in to look it over. I told him the shelf has to be removed. He said they would take it down in the morning. Four days later nothing has happened. And now he takes his phone calls by answering machine, and does not return calls.

"Of course I took another guy he the one that does the tape and floating plus the patch was not even in the job scope i did it for free we gave you a quote o the room only and the hole was in the restroom that pretty sad and yes I took another guy to help paint the shelf y wouldnt you have two guy to get the job done faster and the cabinet you wanted it hung their pretty funny you saw us hang it up and you called for me to go back to take it off and I wasnt charging for that not my fault you cant make up your mind and if my guy didnt know what he was doing or me y do I tell my customer pay me when job done and you were happy y you paid us a"

Drywall - Install
Quick response for the job, work ok, communication bad, I have requested a receipt several times and was promised it would be sent and still nothing. Not delivered, not via email, or regular mail. Job was finished well over a month ago.
