There were two chairs that are at least 70+ years old with worn and destroyed upholstery that had horse hair stuffing. Husband went in to pick up upholstery and get chairs redone. Husband and associate were worried about selection of upholstery. They texted me to okay pattern. It looked beautiful! The pattern looks superb and they did a beautiful job. They delivered chairs yesterday and we have been happy ever since!

We had our sofa and love seat reupholstered along with coordinating pillows and also our dining chairs. From start to finish Paula was both professional and a pleasure to work with. I am so happy with how they turned out. They all look better than brand new. The job was done in the time frame agreed upon and delivered with care and courtesy. I would definitely recommend Pauls Upholstery and use them again.

I was getting my mother's old loveseat recovered and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I chose a very bold yellow color fabric and was a bit nervous about how it would turn out. It ended up looking amazing and had the vintage flare I had hoped for! The companies attention to detail showed through in the detailing they used on the cushion shape. They chose to scallop the back of the cushion to match the rounded tufting on the back of the couch. It looks incredible and completely unique! I couldn't be happier!

I spoke with salesperson at Paul's and got a general idea on pricing for my sofa. They asked me to come in to select my fabric. I went to the Alsip location to meet with the salesperson and pick out my fabric. The salesperson there was very helpful in helping me select my fabric, gave many selections to choose from and, and was very honest about pricing for both in-stock and book material. The time frame they quoted me was within 6 weeks from time of pickup to time of delivery. The deliverymen did an excellent job and were very mindful of my walls and other furniture when taking my sofa from and back to my home when it was done. The sofa was done perfectly, and within the 6 weeks I was quoted originally. In fact, it was done closer to 4 and a half weeks! They answered every question I had, and understood my concerns in upholstering something that has been in my family for generations. I am very pleased with every aspect of the job, from the fabric selection to the workmanship on the sofa.

They did a beautiful job. It turned out better than I could have imagined.

I had my furniture back before the allotted time that they quoted. The quality of work was satisfactory. Customer service was good, they were prompt in answering calls.

We had 14 Lobby and Waiting Room chair re-upholstered. Paul's Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and the workmanship was excellent. The turnaround time from pick up to completion was better than we anticipated. I would recommend Paul's Upholstery to anyone wanting to update their look without the hassle and expense of buying all new furniture.

Very family oriented, pleasant to work and did exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with the workmanship!

Got my own leather. There's was very expensive. The completed reapolstering quickly, but pillows were uneven and under stuffed. They did take it back to fix, so we will see. Rivets were also not spaced correctly.

They were first to respond of 7/8, Pros I sought a quote from and they did a nice professional job. Always nice to get what you pay for.
