He gave a price for cutting down a tree and grinding the stump. We paid up front, they took took down the tree and said they would be back in 4 days to grind the stump. They never came, never called. When we called they kept giving excuses. The last call to them 4 weeks later, they claimed we had not already paid for the service. If you use them make sure you get a contract.

I think they could have cleaned up a little better, I picked up lotsa braches after they left today. Otherwise they did a good job, but kind of pricey, much more than I"ve ever paid before.
