Paver Connection

We are very pleased with the workmanship and service provided by Paver Connection and highly recommend them. In particular, John who checked the work we needed done and provided us with a very reasonable estimate of cost and time required for the job. Josh, who oversaw our project was wonderful about explaining what would be done as well as answering all our questions. The workmen were polite and professional and did a super job. Finally, Ann Carpenter kept in touch with us so we always knew exactly when to expect the crew. This was our second experience with Paver Connection and we could not be more please. If you need pavers or paver work, call them. You will not be sorry.

Paver Connection is a first class company where every detail is handled professionally and efficiently. Everyone involved, from the sales rep, the working crew & supervisor, the office personnel, as well as the various visits by the owner to the construction site to make sure everything was proceeding as scheduled made my wife and I feel very comfortable all along the construction period. The pavers look great and we look forward to enjoying the new patio for many years to come.

The quality of people and worksmanship was excellent and we were well satisfied with the project as it was value added to my home. Everything they said they would do was done and that is very rare in todays world. I actually have them coming back to bid on another project.

They were great! They worked quickly, and skillfully, and with very little interuption. The pavers look great. The only complaint that I have is that they tried to change the project once they were already here, and after they tore up the yard. Other than that, a great experience.

The owner came to my place and gave me a great bid. The crew showed up as promised and worked very hard. They did an awesome job. I am very happy with the completed project. My neighbors are interested in using Paver Connection for their patio. The followup has been great, too.

From start to finish an A-1 company to deal with. Even though we had a real good idea of what we wanted to do with our backyard, the salesman helped us tweak the design and save some $$$ in a couple of areas that allowed us to do a lot more in the main patio area. The installation crew was top notch. They worked well together minimizing the labor costs. Althoiugh it is expected to have some incidental damage to your yard in a project of this size, they kept it to a minimum and cleaned everything when tey were done. We had numerous calls from Paver Connections office throughout the process to insure we were happy with the progress.

Work was very professional. Office staff was at times not helpful. Sales staff was top notch. Suggest that plans be thoroughly reviewed before work is started. (know what you are paying for)

I hired this company to remove and existing concrete drive and approach and replace it with dry pavers. The crew was on time, prompt. The company did exactly what they stated they would do for the price stated and there was no haggling, attempts to disclaim work scope or communications problems. The foreman and crew were very professional and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing paving work. The job looks fantastic and we have had many neighbors and strangers stop by to admire their work.

Work was of excellent quality and performed very quickly. They also did a very good job of cleaning everything up when finished.

Very good, but not perfect. The work, itself, was done meticulously. It looks great. However, they seemed to have buried at least one sprinkler head in the process, and I detected a distinct reluctance of the crew to help put the potted plants back on the patio. The compromise was to put back the ones too heavy for one person (me) to handle.

Job was well done and completed in one day as promised.

Paver Connection, Inc., contacted me in a timely and courteous manner. However, the work I required was other than the type service they provided - I needed concrete poured and they worked exclusively with concrete type tiles.

They were excellent from start to finish!

They were very efficient and thorough. The job was done for the price I initially had in mind, and the quality was excellent.

The service was good and the quality of work was excellent; they spoilt it a bit by hassling me for the check before they had even finished, although this could be put down to a simple misunderstanding between the foreman and the office.

Very quick response, good installation, everthing well built, whole patio laid in a day.
