"There were measures that needed to be taken to ensure you would not repeat the same issues as you had, prior to contracting us. I.e. applying chemicals to remove all vegetation and installing the correct sod for your property when it became available. I appreciate your criticism though and as you were told, you will be refunded your deposit back. Good day."
