Working with Manny and the Pavilion crew has been a dream come true! We bought a home in Thousand Oaks with absolutely zero landscaping and needed a complete front yard and backyard transformation from scratch. (With horrible clay soil). Manny has been incredibly professional, communicative, creative, and PATIENT throughout the entire landscape design and installation process, especially as I changed my mind a few times along the way :) They handled everything: irrigation, drainage, sod installation, artificial turf, pavers, decomposed granite (DG), mulch, ficus privacy hedges, roses, planter boxes, fencing for my chickens, and full hardscape and softscape design. The craftsmanship and attention to detail have been outstanding. We met with several landscaping companies and backyard contractors in the area, and nobody matched Manny’s energy, honesty, pride in his work, or competitive pricing. What started as a front yard curb appeal project turned into a complete custom backyard renovation and outdoor living space for our family & pets. Manny was so helpful for our needs. I contacted him on Thursday night and asked if he would be able to come on Friday morning to give me a quote. We exchanged texts and hew as able to tell me how the project could be done. Friday my husband changed his mind on what he wanted to do and then later changed it back to what Manny initially proposed and Manny stayed calm and patient. He came Saturday morning to install the piping and move the valve and was willing to hold off on doing the second part until the rest of our hardscape was done. He answered all of my questions and even offered additional information for advice that he wasn't obligated to provide. Today he finished putting in our drip line and will come back to put the rest of the pieces on when we pick at our plants. Throughout the process he was helpful, patient, kind and thoughtful. I can't recommend him enough. Both his customer service and his workmanship were superb!

I had my first service today with Manny at Pavilion Landscape Creations & Maintenance, and I am very pleased so far. We started with a thorough yard clean-up, and Manny will now be returning every two weeks for regular maintenance. From the beginning, Manny was honest, transparent, and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciate. His pricing felt fair, and his crew worked very hard and did a great job getting everything cleaned up. Although we are just getting started, my first impression has been excellent. Manny seems professional, reliable, and committed to doing good work.
