He told me it would look like the road (sort of gray and dull) It is black and shines. He won't do anything about it And for this I payed. $4.000

Mr. Brooks came out the same day I called, and gave me a great price on chip sealing my 1/4 mile long driveway. His crew did a wonderful job and were very courteous. I was asked for no money upfront, and was told I did not have to pay until I was satisfied. He held true to his word. I am more than satisfied.

On the level and exactly what they advertise.

Courtney Brooks personally oversaw the work of his crew. They worked fast and efficiently to lay a lot of road on our rural-like property, all in one day between about 9 and 4:00. It was the chip and seal process used on county roads. It looks great and hasn't been affected by heavy rains (which used to wash out the gravel). They are true pros, top quality work, and easy to work with. Our place looks like a wooded park now.

The contractor did the job promptly and left the area relatively damage free. The chip seal surface looks good and only time will tell about the durability.

Fair quote, arrived on time and completed job to my satisfaction. We are very pleased with the chip seal install, the drive looks great.

Mr. Brooks was so nice and asked what we wanted, when and told us a price upfront. They did a great job and we would hire again!

I entered the job request in this site and not 5 minutes later Courtnay called to sestup a time to inspect the job site for a bid. Our job was very complicated involving not just my driveway but two sections of private road shared with neighbors requiring three different bids. I watched his crew worked and they were a well coordinated team doing the job with speed and efficiency of a well oiled machiine. The most impressive thing about this job was the customer service he provided despite a family trauma that pulled him out of town constantly we never felt like we were ignored or treated unfairly. The only reason I didn't give this company a full 5 starts is that the job took an extra day because they ran out of material on the second day. His patience in working with me and the rest of our neighborhood are commendable. If I need anymore work like this done I'm calling them back and I will recommend this company to anyone.

The owner, Courtney Brooks, owns all the equipment, trucks, etc., & oversees everything. He & his employees went above & beyond to do a professional job, exactly as we wanted, for a very reasonable price. It is refreshing to see this level of service!

Had over 18,500 sq.ft. of chip rock installed connecting various buildings on small ranch in Pipe Creek,Tx.Amazing work and customer relations.Completed project in 3 days,6 inches of limestone base and chip rock surface.Level and solid Didn't even have to put jacks down on RV carport..Highly Recommend you get this company on your next project . What a great experience working with Courtnay and team. They showed up on time, had a large crew and very nice, updated equipment. The job went smooth and they even asked me to test the radius of a turn with my truck to make sure it was wide enough before paving. One of the decision factors in Going with Paving and Seal Pro was Courtnay's suggestions when quoting. We had originally planned on a partial pave and sealcoat the old asphalt, but he gave us a great deal to do the entire job with new Asphalt and it looks awesome.
