Repair required more work than expected. Ike and team stuck with us and was very transparent about cost.

Bottom Line: DO NOT HIRE The job was to replace an existing bathtub. Isaac was very responsive at the beginning of the job and scheduled the work on short notice. He also promised to do the tile work required once the tub install was finished. The job started with demo work that he did not use a shop vacuum for and he left doors open so that every surface in my house was coated with dust. Once he installed the tub, he then left two associates to do the tile work. The two associates were not able to finish in 6 hours, so they came back the next day. They worked on the tile for an additional 4 hours, then left the job incomplete, never to be heard from again. After me calling him multiple times, he finally came back that night and stated he was disappointed in the quality of the tile work and that he would do the tile repairs himself. He scheduled to come out and do the tile work 2 different times the following week and never showed up. He also left grout all over the walls and floors of adjacent rooms, did not clean up trash (including cut tiles and dry wall), and left multiple tools in my house. In using the newly installed bathtub (with botched tile work) we noticed that the tub moved and creaked. In a call with him, he stated the tub was set correctly, but that he would come out to take a look, which he never did. Once he broke multiple appointments, I hired a new plumber to come out and take a look at the tub. The second plumber showed me all the ways the tub was set incorrectly, and all the mistakes that the original plumber made. The second plumber was able to set the tub correctly, and correct the mistakes Isaac made. I have a new contractor coming out to fix the shoddy tile work as well. I do not know if he is a complete scam or if he simply got into a job over his head and reacted by pretending nothing was wrong. I do know that he did not set the tub correctly, did not finish the tile work he promised to finish, did not clean up after himself, and did not show up or contact me for multiple scheduled visits. Please learn from my mistakes and hire a licensed professional to do your plumbing work.

He was well beyond what I expected!! Will definitely use him again when needed
