Bob responded quickly to an intermittent furnace start problem. He checked with my tenant and didn't come nor charge me when they told him the furnace was working. Later when it failed to heat and he did come, he replaced a control board that was $140 on Amazon. The video on Youtube shows it taking less than 4 minutes to replace the board. While he was working on it, he claimed to smell gas and stated the heat exchanger must be cracked and leaking. He then disabled the unit disconnecting wires and failed to complete the repair. He had stated his Van was in the shop and he would drive his Jeep. He then charged my credit card $1020.18. He failed to provide me a sales receipt or itemized invoice. I suspect his Van cost him $1020.18 to get out of the repair shop. When I got the time to come check what was wrong I found the flame control had some rust restricting the flame spread from the igniter to the burn sensor. After cleaning this the furnace lights every time correctly. I checked the heat output with a Carbon Monoxide detector and it was not cracked nor leaking. If it had you wouldn't have smelled gas because CO is odorless. He has failed to respond to my texts or phone calls and I will be seeing him in small claims court.

I had an HVAC technician named Bob who was always looking for a way to overcharge me for anything. For example, he wanted to charge me $691 for a new outside electrical panel after charging me $981 for two cans of A/C refrigerant. Then came back to check to heat (part of my monthly subscription) He discovered another understandable issue, but wanted $1256 to change put gas valve attached to the furnace and startup switch. He believed there was an issue, but the heater kicked on so there was no issue (he guessed wrong) After he left the next three weeks we had no heat I have kids. And it was becoming wintertime. My wife is called Morris Jenkins. When the technician arrived he was confused as to why the heat was coming on. After 1hr 27mins of search, he found a shut-off valve that had insulation stuffed under it so that heat would not turn on. $245 visit because the previous technician stuffed it inside. Am I assuming? No, because I watched the technician pull this out. Also, Bob called immediately four days later repeatedly after his original visit expecting that I would have been called him. Eventually, his phone calls stop and he has not come back since although he received payments monthly until February 6th, 2022 when I changed my debit card credit cards The last visit was in July 2021

The technician they sent to repair my AC unit was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured at all. They fixed my problem fast and efficiently. The cost was reasonable. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
