He is nice when you talk to him on the phone and when they are at your house. The issue is he did not fix the problem, and he misdiagnosed what was wrong with the unit. After coming out twice (once to diagnose, once to fix) he said he could not fix it and I needed to contact someone else. The other company I called Fords HVAC diagnosed the issue.
